eSketch is a fast-paced game that runs in real time. When you join a room, you are joining a public room where information is made available to all users to enable the game to take place.
You might voluntarily provide personal information in chat messages or create sketches when playing eSketch.
Your user details are publicly available. This includes but is not limited to your username, join date, total score and whether you are currently sketching or not.
You may submit chat messages and/or guesses while playing eSketch. All chat messages and/or guesses are publicly available to users and those playing or observing the game. We also store logs of chat messages which are used for moderation purposes by employees and affiliates of eSketch.
You may submit sketches. Sketches are available publicly to users and those playing or observing the game. We store all sketches created on eSketch for moderation and marketing purposes.
By creating sketches on eSketch you agree to provide us with free of charge use of such sketches in order for us to market our services, including on our website and social media channels.
Sketches created on eSketch may be shared by users in order to promote our services.
Other users may add you to their block list, and you may add other users to your block list. Block lists are considered private and will prevent you from viewing other people's messages/guesses, however this will not stop you from seeing their username or when they are sketching if you are in the same room.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
